What are you payment options?
Credit Card - Credit card payments are processed via eWay Payment Gateway. eWAY secures all your customer and credit-card data with military-grade software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available. Bubbalooz will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using eWAYs secure servers
PayPal - You can also use PayPal as your the payment option. You do not need a PayPal account to process your payment through PayPal.
Direct Deposit (NZ Only) - payment can be made via online bank transfer into our account. Please note this preference when checking out. If choosing this option payment must be received in full within 3 days of placing your order. Our bank account details will be provided upon checkout and in your order confirmation.
Layby (NZ & Australia Only) - we also offer a Layby service. Please see below for full terms and conditions of Layby service.
If for any reason you have trouble processing your payment, please email us or give us a call. We can also take credit card payments over the telephone.
Do you accept Layby?
Yes we do! Layby can be organised for customers in New Zealand. A 20% deposit is required within 3 working days of making order. If your deposit is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
The balance is to be paid off over 8 weeks. You can spread your payments over 8 weeks in whatever amounts you prefer. It is always a good idea to let us know at each time you may a payment. Once full payment has been received, your items will be sent.
If payment is not received at the end of the 8 weeks, your order will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply. If for any reason you are unable to complete your payment within this period, please contact us ASAP to make arragements. If at any time you decide to cancel your Layby order, please contact us to advise and note that a cancellation admin/restocking fee will be charged.
To use the Layby service, select this as your payment method at checkout and you will receive an order confirmation with our Bank account details with it. You will then need to organise payment of a 20% deposit within 3 working days. If you need any information about your Layby, you can contact us at any time.
Please note that payment of deposit will constitute acceptance of these lay-by terms and conditions.
We also accept Layby for Australia customers, however, please contact us first to discuss Layby payment options before proceeding with your order.

Do you offer gift-wrapping service?
Yes we do and we love to wrap up all your goodies! We select gorgeous contempory wraps, ribbons and gift boxes to truly impress the lucky recipient.
We charge small amount for this service and you can also have a lovely handwritten gift card to go with your gift.
You are able to select gift wrapping and a gift card option at checkout.
